LIFE UPDATE: New Adventure Abroad

Hola a todos! Hacía ya unas semanitas que no estaba por aquí pero ha sido por una buena razón. Os pongo al día: muchos cambios en mi vida han tenido lugar en el último mes, con los que he estado ocupada y prefería contároslo cuando ya estuviera todo más calmado yo incluida. Hace unos meses tomé una de las decisiones más importantes de mi vida hasta el día de hoy:

Decidí mudarme a AUSTRALIA, cuando leáis esto muchos pensaréis que estoy loca por haberme ido a la otra punta del mundo, a la aventura, sin nada planeado. Pero sencillamente necesitaba un cambio, empezar desde 0, sentirme al borde del abismo y no caerme, tropezar y levantarme, vivir esa independencia que la madurez adulta nos brinda.

Al principio nadie entendía la decisión que había tomado excepto un par de personas y yo misma, por parecerles muy drástica. Pero después de explicarles mi punto de vista y mis intenciones, a parte de contar con un apoyo muy grande ya asentado en Sydney se hicieron a la idea de que no iba a retroceder y echarme para atrás.

Llegué a Sydney el pasado domingo, después de más de un día viajando pero por lo que he visto estos día os puedo decir que está mereciendo la pena: despedirme de mi familia y amigos, estar en un avión 13h y meter mi vida en una maleta.

Con este post lo que pretendo es animaros a tomar esas decisiones que os hagan salir de vuestra zona de comfort y que no penséis nunca en los límites o barreras ya que estos sólo aparecen si vosotros lo permitís.

Si YO he podido tomar una decisión de este tamaño VOSOTROS también podéis si es lo que deseáis.

Más adelante os seguiré informando de las aventuras de una joven leonesa por Sydney, espero que sigáis conmigo esta aventura de la que tengo muchas ganas de disfrutar y aprovechar al máximo.

Hello everyone! It was a few weeks ago that I was not around but it has been for a good reason. I update you: many changes in my life have taken place in the last month, with which I have been busy and I preferred to tell you when everything was calmer, me included. A few months ago, I made one of the most important decisions of my life to this day:

I decided to move to AUSTRALIA, when you read this many of you will think that I am crazy for leaving my home country and going to the other side of the world, to the adventure, with nothing planned. But I simply needed a change, a fresh start, feeling myself on the edge of the abyss and not fall, stumble and get up, live that independence that adult maturity gives us.

At first nobody understood the decision I had made except for a couple of people and myself, because it seemed very drastic for them. But after explaining my point of view and my intentions, apart from having a very large support already settled in Sydney, they accept the idea that I would not back out.

I arrived in Sydney last Sunday, after more than a day traveling but from what I have seen these days I can say that it’s been worth it: say goodbye to my family and friends, be in a plane 13h and put my life in a suitcase.

With this post, what I intend is to encourage you to make those decisions that will make you leave your comfort zone and never think of limits or barriers because they only appear if you allow it.

If I could make a decision of this size, YOU can also do it if it is what you want.

Later on, I will continue to tell you of the adventures of a young Spanish girl in Sydney, I hope you will come along with me in this adventure that I really want to enjoy and make the most of it.
